What to Wear to Auditions
Putting together the right wardrobe for your audition takes skill. Here are some ideas so that you are well prepared:
MODELING AUDITIONS:
Black Clothes – Sweaters or Shirt, Pants, Skirts
Earth Toned Clothing – Pants / Skirts / Coats – Leather, Suede, Wool, Silk, Crepe, Linen
Minimalist – Tube Dresses or Spaghetti Strap Tops (Solids and Prints), skirt, or pants.
Swimwear – Two Piece and One Piece Prints and Solids, Old Fashioned Swimwear shoots best
Vintage Clothing – Audrey Hepburn look, or any Vintage Pieces
Shoes – All current in style, NO fat heels or platforms.
Accessories – NO Jewelry
ACTING AUDITIONS:
Black Clothes – Sweaters or Shirts, Pants, Skirts,
Earth Toned Clothing – Browns, Yellows, Greens, Tans, and Gold
Jeans – All styles and colors. (ONLY IF YOU HAVE PRIOR APPROVAL FROM YOUR AGENT!)
